Pros

WM is a great company to work for because it comes with good pay, amazing benefits, and plenty of opportunity for growth. I also love working for WM because, as a woman in a typically man's field, WM is extremely inclusive, supportive, and treats me exactly the same as every other employee. Upper management promotes a growth mentality and culture and genuinely wants to see employees grow within the company. With the right work ethic paired with the ability to network, growth can and will come fast! The CEO of the company makes a point to visit sites and REMEMBERS employee's names. I was able to earn two promotions in the first two years of my employment, and my career path is still moving forward at an amazing pace.

Cons

Work/life balance can be a little tough for employees who are on call. Could use more support staff.

Pros

You are able to work from home and at your own pace. I like that they trust us to get our work done and I don't feel micromanaged. As long as you are fine with making 60-70 calls a day you will be successful

Cons

Low hourly wage but you make it up with commission. When you have a bad conversation with a client it can be a bit draining as well, so you need thick skin otherwise you wont succeed.
