      Good benefits but pay is not competitive

      Work from Home Position. vacation/sick days, 401k match, affordable insurance.

      Cons

      Paid minimum amount. They say they're going to realign the position and bump our pay, but they haven't.

      Decent pay but overwhelming management issues and pressure

      -decent pay -good health insurance -good 401k

      Cons

      Lack of support from upper management, safety oriented to the point that it hampers productivity, company as a whole is more concerned about being politically correct than doing the job. Cost cutting rolls down hill and creates unnecessary difficulty. Old equipment and unrealistic expectations. High performing employees are used and abused

      Mobility exists, but micromanagement and low pay hinder growth
