Pros
Benefits are okay. If you're a salaried employee, look for great bonuses.
Cons
Company says that they don't have enough money for even a basic cost of living increase for hourly employees. But the bonuses are always available for management. The electrical problems in the building, that make the employees feel unsafe, have gone ignored. Employees can't even get the materials needed to do their jobs, and yet it is somehow their fault for not being productive and Management doesn't even know we're here or care about the employees at all. The on-site manager only shows up for an hour or two a week, usually when his boss is in town.
