      Pros

      Good pay and benifits , great people to work with, friendly crew, good boss, safety first always. Good work conditions , familily first attitude ,

      Cons

      Very old equipment, cookie cutter proceedures to try to make all operations the same, problem is that its not the same. Very little training. Paper work has been over the top, doing paper for your paper work and doing it all on computer as well has become very redundent for shop and Not a place that I would want to move up into management. Feel stuck in a rut.

      Good pay great benefits especially education benefit for spouses and dependents

      Cons

      Long hours makes it just about impossible to take advantage of the education benefit for yourself
