Great Company unless you're a sales representative.
Pros
As with all outside sales jobs you have the freedom to plan your own day. You get a corporate credit card for expenses and they expect you to use it! Taking potential or existing customers out to lunch is a nice perk. Great name recognition and excellent customer service.
Cons
Very demanding! Daily/monthly unattainable goals. This is an extremely cut-throat business. You get no commission if you don't make at least 50% of your goal and then only minimal commission until you reach 100% of your goal. You're constantly looking for those customers who are in the small window of opportunity to get out of their current contract with their current provider. You will work you butt off to get a $75.00 contract and may not even get the commission on it. They expect you to work for your base salary. There is a lot of turnover.
