      Revolving Door Sales Team — Unrealistic Quotas and Zero Support

      Pros

      The product sells itself to a degree—customers already use the service, and you’re just increasing what they already have. Decent commission potential on paper. If you enjoy stress, constant pressure, and watching coworkers disappear like NPCs in a video game, this place delivers.

      Cons

      Quotas are sky-high and designed to be missed. Miss it 3 times in 12 months and you’re gone—no matter your tenure or how close you were. The company constantly hires because people either quit or get fired. It’s like musical chairs with anxiety. Leadership treats employees like disposable parts. There’s no long-term investment in training or development—just hit your number or hit the road. New hires are thrown into the deep end, expected to outperform people who had months or years of experience—and then blamed when they sink. The stress culture is real. People stop focusing on customer success or building relationships and just try to survive another month. Morale? What morale.

      Great benefits, over saturated sales department

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Work from home is a positive. Never cold calling, as accounts are all current WM customers.

      Cons

      New leads run out quickly and there seem to be way too many sales reps for the leads that there are. Usually end up calling customer 6-7 times a week, which can be annoying.
