- Travel reimbursement was good

Cons

- Toxic management who are intentionally not upfront about their expectations. - Despite what they preach, employee work life balance is not a concern to them. - On boarding training is non-existent for operations and management roles. (Drivers do get training) - Very much a sink/swim type of environment, with little support.

Residential workers get most weekends off. Free uniforms (eventually) provided.

Cons

Horrible Equipment. Well below average pay for CDL holders. Unpredictable paychecks. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Everyone hates working here. Overly policed by in-cab video monitoring. Horrible insurance plans and minimal benefits. Supervisors are not held accountable for anything. Toxic work environments. Routing is sketchy at best. Horrendous customer service leading to irate customer encounters on a regular basis. If your site is not unionized, you will be miserable.
