Average benefits, remote but strings attached, nice coworkers outside of management, mindless if you learn programs

Cons

Too many to write about here because it will get buried, but find people who have served in this role and ask them. Sales role where you upsell and make all account changes with ALL commission going to the sales rep who sold and ignores the account. Supervisor has no clue how to lead, picks favorites, and HR ignores this. You will never meet management up the chain which is a red flag.
