Trucks break down all the time, you are stuck on the side of the road for hours. Management is uncaring and tries to work you like a dog and cut your hours every chance they get. We used to get bonuses for working major events, they cut all perks off so management can get bigger quarterly bonuses. Ac never works in trucks, mechanics never fix anything no matter how many times you write stuff up

After working there for almost 20 years, I didn't feel valued at all. You only hear from management when there's a problem. Overall attitude was to conform or get out. Everyone was replaceable according to management. Morale was terrible. Cigna insurance was terrible and expensive. Only received 6 holidays per year. Year after year benefits were cut and any employee incentives.
