Pros

Pay is okay, they focus on giving the drivers more money but give the managers more responsibility. Tuition reimbursement 401k ESPP

Cons

Lack of training Focuses too much on military stuff which takes away from helping drivers/helpers out. Leadership huddle is a joke and “practice”conversations is even a bigger joke. Corporate people think they know the drivers role which they don’t.
