Safety Centered, strong work ethics/standards, decent pay

Cons

RM position is a revolving door. Need to offset some responsibilities to ops specs, or have some admin assistance especially with cases. This takes away from focusing on route optimization and safety focused tasks.

Cons

Quality of life ,long hours ,everything is based on numbers . If you don’t perform your job might be on the line . You are held hostage by the drivers calling HR on you .
