Cons

-Demanding hours (70+ hours/week) for a salaried role -Do not appreciate or value their frontline employees -Very political from the top down -Many, many more...

Pros

Competitive wages and great benefits. Excellent systems for managing day to day operations.

Cons

Way too much oversight and way too much big brother. Fosters a culture of transparency which somehow works against good manages as the process puts a ton of pressure on managers to defend themselves for baseless anonymous claims from employees that do not like the oversight WM demands.
