Offers FMLA and decent amount of PTO Has a nice facility

No growth opportunities Micromanagement Low annual raises even when you are a top performer

Good for what it is - data entry

Pros

No phones, listen to music, low stress, great coworkers and managers, fair pay for what it is but good benefits.

Cons

draining, frustrating data entry, MAS/salesforce system is sub par, tough expectations, hard to keep focus.
