Working with highly intelligent and motivated people. You really are working with the best of the best

It's hard to share any negative. I both love my job, love the people I work with and love the challenges that are presented to me every day. If you are not adept to working in a fast pace, highly collaborative and forward thinking company then this is probably not the place for you.
