Cons

Hire/Fire policy. Nothing new to learn. Manager's company. Don't care about employees. A group of unprofessional people managing the company.

Employee engagement activities add lot of spark to IT life. All my peers are professional and also have personal touch, Small but a well managed organization

Can't think of any. May be add cooking food facilities in your pantry or have some vendor manage your pantry
