HR is a disgrace

Pros

Coordinators are very friendly and good listeners but ineffective

Cons

HR should be ashamed of themselves for the behavior of their executive team. No empathy, no follow through, only care about covering their bases.

Pros

The company offered solid benefits, great perks and some pretty terrific learning opportunities. It's an incredibly social job and you truly building a long-lasting camaraderie with your co-workers.

Cons

If you start at the bottom (as most people do), a lot of the job is fairly demeaning. It's a very elitist culture, so expect to be stepped upon (and often) as you attempt to slowly climb the ladder. Very low pay unless you're an agent.
