      Pros

      Fun place to work, a lot of perks, get to talk to cool people who are incredibly knowledgable of the industry. A lot of encouragement to explore career options outside of the agency, after you've worked there a while.

      Cons

      If you're not interested in entertainment, it's not going to be enjoyable.

      if you take advantage of the information floating around, you have a huge opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the industry Good opportunity to network within the company

      Cons

      company does not care about employees over all the company is run very poorly managment doesn't know how to manage or run a company agents have their reputation for a reason and you don't want those people in charge of your professional growth
