Pros

Best way to gain insight into the entertainment industry and how it works from the ground up. Also a great way to make contacts.

Cons

You get treated like a nobody for the most part and have to start off in the mailroom.

Pros

Exposure to amazing people in the industry.

Cons

Horrible work culture. The leadership is terrible with staff too scared to speak. Agents treat juniors terribly with an expectation to work past 7 each night with no extra pay.

Pros

- Nice food in the kitchens - Two weeks off at Christmas

Cons

- Against any kind of creative thinking or initiative - Will keep you underpaid as an agent's assistant for 10+ years with promise of progress to agent and then not do it. - Drug use in the office - Abusive bullying work
