*Work with celebrity talent. *Know about future films or projects before announced. *Annual volunteer day. *Summer and holiday parties. *Summer half-days. *Plenty of catering. *Quick professional and personal growth. *Attend events if given the opportunity.

Cons

*Difficult to get time off or to call in a sick day. Catch up can be a nightmare. *Long hours for little pay. *Not uncommon to find someone in tears or about to break down. *While there, met individuals who had been harassed by higher ups. Pre #metoo movement. *Difficult to sustain long-term if you have a sadistic boss. *Favoritism affects growth opportunities.
