Pros

Great Ladder to Climb, Basically the Masters Program of Entertainment Industry/Sales, Great Networking opportunities. Some Great People

Cons

Very Political. Each CoHead has "their people" they take care of. If you aren't one, you get the short end of the draw even if you do a better job. Reward is not based on performance but who you in cahoots with.

Pros

Great benefits & great atmosphere among other executive assistants. Two-week training program is top-notch. Best training among the big four (ICM, CAA, WME, UTA)

Cons

Cut-throat, high-stress, low pay. little help from HR with aggressive behavior. Some executive assistants could not handle the stress and had health-related problems as they were afraid to leave their desks and drop a call.
