Great company if you can keep up.

Pros

Fantastic learning environment. A lot is expected of you, but a lot is given in return. Upper management can be intimidating but they actually do care, and Head of HR (Carole Katz) does all that she can to help facilitate individual growth.

Cons

Difficult to break into without connections.

- Best education in the Entertainment Industry you can get. - Varied, Challenging work. - If you love entertainment, the perks are amazing.

Cons

- Don't expect a work/life balance. - The pay is minimal but there are a thousand people behind you who would take nothing for your job.
