Pros

Working here you get great industry exposure and experience within an extremely fast paced, high pressure environment. I can imagine there is a better place to develop a networks of industry contacts.

Cons

Extremely poorly managed. Often times those responsible for forwarding your career are not only unaware of the extent of your work, but also impossible to communicate with.
