Pros

A great work environment. An incredible group of agents and assistants. A real family environment. The agents really seem to want to help their assistants succeed and vice versa. There is a great team mentality that starts from the top down. Everyday I look forward to coming into work! Two weeks paid vacation to be used anytime, plus another two weeks paid vacation around Christmas/New Years.

Cons

Multiple cliques tend to form. If you don't find a way to fit in with some sort of group, it can be difficult. Starting in the mailroom is a great way to form a bond with your fellow mailroom/ticket counts/floater employees. That bond will last throughout your tenure at the company!
