Pros

Great experience, good contacts, good for the CV. If you have a good boss can be really great. if you want to be an agent the best possible place you could be.

Cons

If you have a bad boss they can make it hell. Long hours not compensated enough. Expected to be grateful that they hired you rather than think you're an asset. you feel completely disposable and replaceable, which means you live in fear of being fired for essentially no reason. Often hires two people at once and fires one after probation. You get shouted at. if you dont want to be an agent do two years then quit, you can get a job anywhere in the industry. if you want to be an agent stick it out, play by the rules and you can go far.

Pros

Coordinators are very friendly and good listeners but ineffective

Cons

HR should be ashamed of themselves for the behavior of their executive team. No empathy, no follow through, only care about covering their bases.
