Manager had anger issues, would yell and throw stuff, we would have to pick up slack on routes where other drivers quit They quit because management told them they would have no routes soon due to warehouse moving. Then certain employees would get no discipline and get away with stuff that would normally be a fireable offense. I watched as management went through half a roster of employees in a month. I treat my jobs with the same respect they treat me, so cry about it.

Poor pay, horrible raises (8 cents/hr a year) heavy upper management. Do no care about employees at all. 18$ allowance per person for Christmas party. Not really a Christmas party as order food and eat between deliveries
