Get to see the city and decent pay.

Cons

People leave their managers, not their jobs. My boss would berate us, play games to make our jobs more difficult, overall act unprofessionally, and just make me question how he became a manager. I lost respect for them and left with the same respect I was treated. Others were treated with different standards, which is illegal and asking for lawsuits. Hired us, and then moved our jobs and commute time, also illegal.
