Dealing with the customers is the only perk this job has. Chance to meet great people and socialize (but for only 3 seconds)

Cons

Everything else. Had to drive my own truck. The management at the local one here in Santa Rosa has a real loud personality and voice. Given impossible time table unless you want to run a risk of a speeding ticket. I was fired because they thought I was cheating them on my millage, when in fact, most times I was under reporting my millage.

The only thing that I enjoyed was getting to drive a Toyota Prius around town to deliver auto parts.

Cons

The management was challenging. They were more interested in sitting at the desk behind a computer than actually managing.

It is a good place to get some experience right out of college. Relaxed managers that are understanding about work/home balance.

Cons

The pay is less than average compared to other companies in the area. Raises don't even keep up with inflation much less reward an individual for their accomplishments.
