Pros

+ Access to work on big brands with national exposure. + Company seems to be on the upswing and making headlines. + While team may vary, I can say I'm very happy with the dynamics of my co-workers.

Cons

+ The nature of holding companies makes promoting expediently difficult.

Pros

Really fantastic place to work. The people and culture could not be better. We're not just a banner shop anymore, and that makes the work much more fun to work on. More brands are trusting us to do the really big stuff. This agency is blowing up. The hours are definitely not bad. It varies from account to account, and does get busy every once in awhile. But overall, this place has an incredible work/life balance.

Cons

Slow to promote but that's how it is at every agency. But other than that, not much else to I can ding.

Pros

Relaxed environment with lots of young, fun people who are pretty much always up for whatever.

Cons

Cynicism. It's hard to believe anything your told and you need hip-boots to wade through all the BS. Also, account managers work themselves to the bone for extremely low salaries. Very limited opportunities for advancement or transfer.
