Pros

Easy access to upper management. Has a rogue, scrappy style in getting creative work done. Small number of creatives on large national accounts. (pro and con) Get a lot of work produced. Talented creatives.

Cons

Lack of process. And not the kind of that slows things down, but saves time. Disparate workload. Some leave at 5, others don't get much sunlight. Can get cliquey. Best to ease your way in subtly. Agency self-promotion needs improvement. Sometimes feel more like a vendor relationship with clients rather than a partner relationship. Lack of employee appreciation through tangible benefits.
