Pros

Attract some of the brightest minds in the industry. Collaborating with skilled and passionate colleagues Actively promote diversity and inclusion, creating an environment where individuals from various backgrounds feel welcome. Focus on solving real-world problems through technology.

Cons

As we embark on the year 2024, noteworthy adjustments have been introduced pertaining to the work-from-home arrangement. A modification in company policy now prescribes a greater frequency of in-office attendance. It is pertinent to note, however, that the day-to-day work protocol remains unchanged, and there are no additional compensatory measures in place for the increased mobility and time investment necessitated by the revised in-office requirements.
