It pays the bills, for the most part.

Pros

- "Decent pay" compared to others, still not enough nor is it proportional to the growing demands of the job. - Good health insurance package, which I probably wouldn't have had to use as often if I wasn't constantly sick from being overworked.

Cons

- Lack of transparancy from both team leads but especially from HR. - I had multiple instances of HR lying straight to my face and then lying to my managers about it as well. - Absolutely no growth opportunities. - Extra hours are not option, they are a must and no you won't be compensated or even thanked for it. If you don't work those extra hours, they WILL silently punish you for it. - The only way to grow in this company is through favoritism and nepotism. - Workloads never stop increasing but pay stays the same. - I got sick of being congratulated on my job without actually being allowed to grow or ever receiving a financial compensation for it. This is a transaction. If an employee is constantly "exceeding expectations", just saying "good job" isn't enough. "Good job" doesn't pay the bills or make up for the lack of hours of sleep or even just having lunch. - They WILL make you into the enemy once you resign and they will make you feel bad about it and blame you for everything. - Absolutely no training whatsover even if your entire team begs for it, it's a lost cause.

Pros

They empower their employees. I got PMP certified whilst working at GroupM and they paid for 50% of my tuition. The culture is relaxed and amazing. There is almost zero politics and a lot of transparency

Cons

No bonuses are awarded for performance . Salary increases are year on year just to balance inflation and aren`t guaranteed. That is because teh budget is always getting cut
