good for resume, good experience with huge clients. Company is very recognized and clients are huge so you have good experience for your resume.

Cons

low salary, dealing with ego all the time. The salary is not very high and compensations are not that good.

Pros

Fantastic environment. Everyone is really awesome and positive. The culture is relaxed and fun. You get to work on a ton of different projects and will always have a chance to work on something new. The benefits are among the best I have seen as well. The pay is excellent as long as you know what you are worth and are willing to push for more.

Cons

The path up is a bit disjointed. The day to day experience is a bit hectic and disorganized. There is little to no pushback against unreasonable deadlines and expectations by clients. This results in excessive late nights for employees with little to no say and lost money from client when a project misses targets. Unfortunately this has caused VML to bleed a lot of money, especially when dealing with unreasonable customers.
