Pros
Grey Healthcare Group has some of the best people in the industry. I find that I am constantly showered with appreciation and respect. The company also have great benefits to boot and lots of vacation time. The office is closed from Christmas to New Years which is something I really enjoy. Total paid time off is about 6 weeks, that includes vacation, sick, personal, summer Fridays, holidays and the week between Christmas and New Years. The company has a lot of happy hours that are either put on by the company or groups of people are always looking to go out and have a good time to blow off some steam.
Cons
One of the Cons about working here are the hours. This is a client focused business and sometimes you get stuck having to work late nights to get the job done. I feel that there is poor account management as well. Which is why we end up having late nights.

Pros
Creative department and support services are a fun hard-working talented group for the most part. Great location.
Cons
Majority of senior management are largely arrogant, rude, and unapproachable. They are good at corporate politics with outdated ideas but not really at helping creatives inspire great work. They will work their departments to the bone (but forget about getting a decent raise ever). HR is useless at solving disputes in a professional impartial manner. Great degree of favortism persistent in its corporate culture. Severe lack transparency. Politicking is key to success in the company it seems, which is highly demoralizing and toxic to the overall well-being of the rest of the employees.
