Pros

If you are young and need / want to learn a lot quickly from an organization with a pedigree name in the Marcom world, you will get that but with some pretty major trade-offs.

Cons

There was absolutely no "work / life" balance. People were expected to give there all and then some. It became the norm to work 15+ hour days, including weekends often without notice. I thought "all-nighters" ended in college but it happened here to so-called professionals. Long standing vacation plans and/or personal commitments met with "I don't know what to tell you"

Pros

The agency pays well and provides great benefits and "added value" perks. The large account at the agency is very well staffed.

Cons

The senior management team lacks the ability to communicate well with the staff, it's like an old school "boys club." If you aren't in the niche then you will be overlooked or ignored.
