Pros

Lots of good, fun people.

Cons

Lying upper management from WPP, "work stations" worse than a cube

Pros

Leading edge technology and opportunities to work on some exciting applications and accounts. Great place to work out of college.

Cons

Long hours. Business model required head down focus on the "now" at the expense of employee development. It's a bad sign when weekly *rah rah* meetings have an overabundance of 'thank you" messages being given based on the number of hours put in by recipient.

Pros

Surrounded by smart, young energy, and exciting projects. You have the opportunity to work with clients from Fortune 100 companies and iconic brands

Cons

Senior management does not try hard enough to retain good talent. Many employees feel like they are considered "replaceable" and are not compensated well.
