Pros

Great work environment with some amazingly talented people. You will learn quickly in the competitive agency environment.

Cons

You are often not compensated for the role you believe you play inside the company. To get things accomplished, you will need to embrace navigating a politically driven organization. Over time, it can become exhausting.

Worst company I've worked for

Pros

Happy hour every Thurs during the summer. Good holiday schedule.

Cons

Cons definitely outweigh the pros. Within a years time, 7 people in the Finance/Acct department quit. That speaks a lot about the company, as Finance/Acct usually don't have high turnover rates. There are also high turnover rates for other departments as well. This company is losing clients and pitches due to poor management.

Pros

Google style environment, alcohol, good for out of college kids Good project manager

Cons

Do not belive anything they say or promise, they dont care about contractors They will give you a 1 day notice to leave even if you are a great developer They will tell you to not to look for another job if you feel the project is slowing down and then 3 dyas later they will ask you to sit at home for a week or 2 since they cant pay you due to client problems or project stalling They can tell you to stay or go in a single day You will be very frustrated Everyone is constantly drunk, carrying hard liquor in coffee cops, including people handling finances Poor client communication, frustration with inability to correctly gather requirements. Most people are fake especially perm employees. They will tell you they have tons of projects lined up but its all bs There is a lot more I can write but this pretty much sums it up
