It's great to work with the boss who knows your ability and give you the assignments that challenge your best and feel appreciated and achievements. All team members have their strength and great respects to each others. The newest and best technologies are highly encouraged.

Cons

The old structures, project managements, workflow and process, new employee orientation and training, knowledgebase and experiences sharing, still have a lot to improve.

Cons

Has its issues just like every company. There are some silos. Too many projects/priorities in flight -- though agile approaches are helping to drive priorities Communication is improving, and great in certain areas, but still a ways to go across the company
