Pros

WPS offers work from home to their associate. It makes life a little more easier to balance your personal life and work life. Very convenient. It's also a great opportunity to help serve our active duty and retired service members and their families while you receive knowledge and understanding of medical insurance. A small way to give back.

Cons

would like to receive more (web base or hands on) training. sending emails to read is not consider a form of training. It's a form of "do this" without clarifications.
