      Lots..poor management . unbelievable job standard requirements. Not union friendly. Allow favoritism to dictate who advances or who is fired will hire and fire wjom ever with feel will fit their mold to hire and fire those who think about giving good customer service

      Childish behavior No talent development Bad insurance benefits Employees are treated like cannon fodder and the management wonders why moral and quality are low. The only positive feedback from management is when something is complained about.

      For me, conveniently located, decent healthcare benefits. Most co-workers are also pretty decent.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE PAY, the Union, and there is definitely a "them vs us" mentality there. I think the Union helps to perpetuate that attitude. A lot of employees have been there for decades or come right out of college with little or no previous work experience in a business environment so they have very little to compare this company to. Honestly, there isn't much I like about this company at all which is why I am leaving after the beginning of the year!
