We have the "opportunity" to work remotely and flex our hours - this is so multiple times per day the system can be down for an hour+ and we are to "flex" our time. "Flex" our time means they don't have to pay us during system downtime. Remote workers are still expected to work their full 40 hour week whenever they can fit it in between system outages. This is the worst job I've ever had - and I power washed manure off pallets one summer...

The communication sucks, there is absolutely none. The only way to get a response from someone is if you CC their boss on emails. The over time (I get that it makes the paycheck nice, however when you have a family it doesn't make up for the time/events you miss out on). Trying to get ANY time off, it is next to impossible. If you work the late shift, you get the short end of the stick. New supervisors bragging about being glorified babysitters. Constantly being yelled at for the work not being completed because they can not keep up with the workload.
