      Incredibly supportive and inclusive team (PPMO) All Directors not only have an open door policy but genuinely believe and trust in the team members Establishing a work/life balance is a high priority for WPS Additional career and mentor training is offered and encouraged Team members across Departments are welcoming and provide constructive assistance and feedback High autonomy with regular check-ins for support Annual reviews with consistent 1:1 Manager meetings On-premise dining Fitness classes offered on campus Volunteer and Community Engagement Opportunities through WPS (Meals on Wheels, United Way, Blood drives, etc.) Regular Corporate events held (book drives, gift sales, Nut-man sales, various drives)

      Pros

      Flexible hours, work-from-home opportunities, good pay, good benefits. I love my manager - great human being. We are given the tools we need to be efficient and timely. Great people here too.

      Cons

      You may have to go through an FBI background check. Not a real big deal unless you have something to hide. Be completely honest, because they have ways of verifying your statements. But, bottom line, unless you murdered someone or are a member of Al Qaeda, it's nothing to be too concerned about. Just DON'T TELL A LIE!
