Pros

There are very few good things about this company so far. I thought it would be a good company to share my experience with and grow with.

Cons

Favoritism, long hours, no communication, no decent training, little to no management has healthcare experience, middle management is burnt out or doesn't know the department work and passes it off to anyone below them, management and HR sweep continued ethical issues away.

* Good 401k matching * Good PTO

* Management doesn't communicate * You are in for a rough time if you come from outside the company * A lot of rumor mongering and backstabbing for employees. * Company wants to modernize, but has no idea how, and the old guard is so set against any sort of change, it is hard to make a change even when the company has an idea. * Absolutely no trust anywhere in the company.

You will get paid and more than likely the entire company will not be going away. Do really look at what line of business you are in before accepting a position though.

Cons

Where to start...While the trend on glassdoor shows things getting better that has to be padding done by HR/Marketing. A lot more managers and above have started to desert. This leave even less direction than before. If you don't keep your head down it is likely to be the target. The company can claim to be ethical but keeping an CYA folder at work and at home is important.
