Tons of overtime offered year round. Able to work fro home.

Cons

Lowest pay for job duties in area. Don't put the well being of employees very high cause only numbers matter.

Don't have to clock in, pto on day 1, decent pay.

Cons

Horrible management, no training for our actual job besides reading the same documents on the computer for 8 hours over and over, no help with systems, management puts their work on employees who know more. Take calls for every other department but our own, when DHA comes to visit we are told to look busy and keep our business in house. Crowded breakrooms, never any parking. Stay away!

Pros

Work from home, data entry, health benefits and PTO are effective on start date! They provide the equipment to work from home. Data entry to help out the claims team. OCR's create their own schedule, as long as you work 40 hours a week- they dont care.

Cons

It's a new program to the area, so trainers don't know (or aren't communicating details) when people can transition to work from home.
