Rude management, harsh work environment, uncaring employers, too short training times, very LITTLE training even provided

Health insurance doesn't cover needed procedures, isn't worth what you pay, management is a pack of liars, interviews use bait and switch tactics to get bodies in seats, training is a joke, metrics are inhumanly high, workplace environment is toxic, communication is poor, people are treated as expendable. Stress is so high that it causes anxiety disorders and/or depression, management refuses to work with disabilities, and several employees have been fired while in the psychiatric ward. Illness means nothing to these people; you show up or else.
