      Pros

      The coworkers are helpful,and professional. Based on my experience with the corporate culture within the Health Insurance division, it can be a flexible and nurturing work environment.

      Cons

      It's not a place for innovation., but that's the nature of a large company with a 75-year history that primarily earns its revenue from selling standard health insurance policies and administering government contracts. Compared with other companies in the industry, PTO isn't as generous, pay for salaried employees is comparable.
