      Pros

      I have been impressed with the handling of the COVID-19 situation. The communication between leadership and employees didn't skip a beat. I have continued to feel that my health and safety was a priority for WPS leaders. I also have a lot of flexibility which I am thankful for. In the wake of all the social unrest, I can see real transformation happening to acknowledge systemic racism and make meaningful actions to change it for the betterment of everyone. I have never been prouder to work for WPS than I have through this time of crisis.

      Cons

      Living wages vs. Living costs need to be addressed for many employees, (not just at WPS).

      Pros

      I work for a company that takes problems that are going on in the communities with racism and other issues very seriously. WPS has taken into account that all people ARE created equally but not always treated equally. I am very proud of what WPS is doing to help with this issue and other issues that we face on a daily basis.

      Cons

      There is still much work to be done with all of us as individuals and the companies we work for. WPS is not perfect but is striving to be the BEST!
