      Pros

      Used to be many pros. Much fewer now. Many good people here and good relationships between teams. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      401k company contribution was recently reduced. Health insurance benefits are poor, especially outside of Wisconsin. Company has lost revenue recently. Large RIFs have been executed recently, not sure if they are done. Due to currently being unprofitable, leadership is currently prioritizing profits over all else, including people. Top leadership rules by fear of firing rather than by support and incentives.

      Pros

      Middle management truly supports staff, flexible remote environment is great and the staff that actually DO the work are amazing to work with

      Cons

      Absolute disregard for the impact the executive decisions have on the individual. From reckless business management, mis-prioritization of funds to soothe executives' wallets, to the consistent messaging of "do more with less and you'll be rewarded" but the rewards are stripped away or "not earned" or "be grateful for what you get, we didn't have to give you anything" is an absolute disgrace for a company that claims to care about People First.

      Some great staff, employment includes health insurance (re-elected yearly), vision, dental, accidental death and dismemberment, limited life insurance, 401K,

      Cons

      Poor insurance coverage options, they monitor salaried employees activity as if they were production, recently dropped 401K matching %, they do not offer tuition reimbursement, lot of negative feedback from current and former employees, multiple staff that fail to communicate effectively, no pension, their "top contributor" status for yearly reviews are almost impossible to get for employees that consistently go above and beyond their job duties.
