      Good company to get experience to move on to better paying jobs elsewhere with less drama.

      Pros

      Good company to get experience. Depending on your supervisor willing to work your schedule around your family needs. Some employees willing to help when you have questions.

      Cons

      Very little help when starting in a management position basically sink or swim. Any training received was months after you started. Positions can be unstable since most of the revenue comes from Government contracts. When trying to promote or apply for a new position it can take months for a reply or not get one at all.

      Pros

      Company is hopeful of establishing a PMO which, if implemented correctly, may prove to be a shockingly, culture-changing advancement.

      Cons

      Company's culture allows for no responsibility and no accountability which results in poor quality and over budget initiatives and under performance of individuals. The company is also heavily dependent on government contracts. The company appears to also be outsourcing and funding quite a lot of work to vendors and consultants with no strategy or guarantees in sight.

      Pros

      Easy to get to location. Flexible start time although must be agreed upon. OK pay. Work variety.

      Cons

      Used to be casual dress - but now that's being taken away. Used to have tuition reimbursement but now that's gone. Used to have average health insurance but now is below average. No opportunities to work part-time. Much favoritism by management. Cliques. Inequities of some employees expected to abide by standards while others given a pass. Too much money spent on outside consultants and not nearly enough support of the workers actually doing day-to-day operations. No incentive to make things better.
