WPS Health Insurance has many strong points
Pros
At this time more than ever this company has to keep up with the ever changing, fast paced, available endless technology, better business practices in the health insurance environment. As a company itself, there have been many changes in the last couple years but to stay in business, we need to make these changes to continue to grow in the right direction. Many long term employees, not many companies can say that. Many new and young employees, always good. It's nice to be able to say we are part of a very stable company.
Cons
I've heard from outside applicants that our HR department needs work. Not easy to work with. Hopefully this has gotten better. Lucky to still have great benefits overall. Worry a little where health insurance benefits are going in the near future.
