Motivated, committed, Enthusiastic, listens well. Researches and solves problems. Likes to multi-task, and I am very organized.

I communicate sometimes to much, but want to make sure things get done, and thus do extra effort sometimes.

Flexible schedule, weekends off. I love the challenge of my job and the feeling that I am given the opportunity to prove myself.

Cons

Some entrenched thinking leads to fear in staff that have been around a long time; I think the earlier company personality was pretty punitive
